4 steps to open your shop
Fill in the form on the Join page with your WhatsApp number and a password. Your account is active right away.
NIB, ID card (KTP) of the person in charge, at least 3 factory/warehouse photos, and a bank account.
Name, real photos, price, MOQ and lead time, one product at a time.
The AI agent checks documents and products. Approved items go live right away; if rejected, the reason is shown.
Documents to prepare
- NIB (13 digits) and the NIB file from OSS
- Photo of the ID card (KTP) of the person in charge
- At least 3 real photos of the factory or warehouse: front, production area, stock area
- Bank account in the company's name
- Industry certificates: food BPOM/Halal, building materials and electronics SNI (if any)
Documents are only used for KSPGO verification and are never shown publicly.
Product upload rules
- Product name in Indonesian, clear and matching the item
- At least 3 real product photos; the main photo must be bright and clear
- No AI images, stolen photos, or other marketplaces' watermarks
- Factory price, MOQ and lead time are required
- Choose the right category; write one spec per line, e.g. Material: PP plastic
Prohibited products
Drugs and narcotics, weapons and ammunition, cigarettes and vapes, alcoholic drinks, counterfeit/replica goods, gambling and pornography.
Two ways to work with us
You give the factory price; KSPGO sets the selling price and keeps the margin.
You set the selling price; KSPGO takes a commission of 5% + Rp1.250 per order.
