KSPGO Transaction Protection
Buyer money is safe. Payments are not passed straight to new suppliers; release depends on the supplier's trust level.

| New supplier (just verified) | After the buyer confirms receipt (auto-confirmed a few days after shipping if no complaint). A per-order value cap applies. |
| Regular supplier (10+ orders, no disputes) | 70% once the tracking number is verified, 30% after delivery. |
| Premium supplier (factory audited + security deposit) | T+1 after payment, with a rolling reserve held temporarily. |
Extra protection
- Not shipped on time: if no tracking number is entered by the lead-time deadline, the order is cancelled automatically and fully refunded.
- The supplier security deposit and KSPGO's buyer protection fund cover buyer losses when a supplier breaches.
- Fraudulent suppliers are banned permanently, published, and reported to the authorities using the NIB and ID data we hold.
- Only pay to the official KSPGO account shown on your order page — never to a personal account.
