By using kspgo.com you agree to these terms. The platform is operated by Ronghua International (荣华国际) ("KSPGO").

1. KSPGO's role

KSPGO provides the storefront, order processing, payment collection and dispute resolution. Products are sold and shipped by registered suppliers.

2. Accounts

Buyers and suppliers must give accurate information and keep their passwords secret. KSPGO may suspend accounts with false information.

3. Supplier obligations

Pass document verification (NIB, ID card, factory photos, company bank account).
Food products must have valid BPOM/P-IRT registration and halal certification.
Prices, stock and lead times must be accurate; ship as ordered and enter the tracking number on time.
No prohibited, counterfeit or unlicensed goods.

4. Payment & settlement

Buyers pay to the official KSPGO account or an official payment partner. Funds are released to suppliers according to Transaction Protection, minus the agreed commission or margin.

5. Promotions

The first-order discount and referral credit are limited to one account per shop. KSPGO may cancel promotions that are abused.

6. Violations

Fraud, not shipping, or forged documents may lead to a permanent ban, deposit deduction, public notice and a report to the authorities.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. KSPGO may update them; the latest version is always on this page.
